See how we designed and built this large rear extension without the need for Planning Permission

Ordinarily, a rear extension to a semi-detached property must be no more than 3 metres in depth in order to avoid the need for planning permission. However, the neighbour consultation scheme (in place until May 2019) gives home owners the opportunity to increase extensions by as much as double the permitted depth. This allowed us to design a spacious dining area for our client, without the need for planning permission.
Our 3D rendered designs helped our client to narrow down which design they wanted to take forward. As with all our designs we wanted to be sure it would integrate well with the rest of the property, creating the additional space needed without compromising the character of the house.
We love these factory style doors that complement the existing glazing and create a super stylish look. The roof lantern is also a popular choice with our clients.
