Beautiful kitchen diner extension in Leigh-on-Sea conservation area
Custom made walk-in wardrobe + ensuite
Our client wanted to make use of the room adjoining her bedroom. We split the space into a walk-in wardrobe and shower room.
Kitchen diner refit in Westcliff-on-Sea
We created this beautiful family space by knocking the existing kitchen and utility room together and fitting a new kitchen. Heritage style doors open onto the garden and the large picture window makes a beautiful design feature with a built in window seat and storage space surrounding it. To the right of the window we built a small walk-in larder/utility room and moved the existing downstairs toilet to beneath the stairs. The kitchen was sourced locally from an independent, family run kitchen supplier.
Restoration project in the Milton conservation area
Previous homeowners converted their front reception room into a garage. Our clients wanted to convert it back to a reception room with an exterior design that would tie in seamlessly with the rest of the home and be sympathetic to the original dwelling.
