Restoration project Westcliff-on-Sea

Previous homeowners converted their front reception room into a garage. Our clients wanted to convert this back again with a design sympathetic to the rest of their home. Located within the Milton Conservation area, it was important that the exterior deign tied in seamlessly with the character of the dwelling, restoring the former appearance of this family home.

We worked with our clients to come up with a design that they were happy with and then made the necessary applications to planning to get permission for the build. Finally we executed the design using carefully selected materials to match the rest of the original exterior. And these are the results...
